Logistics Tiers & Shipping Infrastructure

We operate on a baseline of total accessibility, providing complimentary standard delivery with absolute zero minimum purchase limitations across our domestic service area. For accelerated deployment, clients may elect to upgrade to our Expedited Premium service at checkout.

• United States Fulfillment (Contiguous 48 States) Standard Shipping is delivered completely FREE ($0.00) with no minimum set, maintaining an estimated transit window of 4 to 8 business days. Expedited Premium routes are accessible for all acquisitions at a flat fee of $9.99 USD, accelerating delivery to 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Exclusions & International Restrictions

BCJ Studio does not offer international shipping. We do not support routing to international destinations, transshipment hubs, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, or any territories outside the contiguous United States. Furthermore, we do not route shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military forward-operating locations.

For all approved domestic routes, zero import tariffs apply. Regional state sales taxes are programmatically audited and consolidated during checkout based on the final delivery zip code.

2. Immediate Order Revocation Policy

To maintain the velocity of our fulfillment infrastructure, structural alignment and picking operations begin within two hours of payment validation. Clients reserve the right to initiate a formal order cancellation within a strict two (2) hour grace period following checkout by alerting [email protected]. Beyond this two-hour boundary, or following physical handoff to our logistics networks, the dispatch cannot be recalled, intercepted, or modified. In these instances, clients may implement our complimentary return protocol upon final delivery validation.

Should an item fail to align perfectly with your creative workflow, BCJ Studio extends a voluntary, risk-free 30-day return window, calculated from the definitive date of delivery recorded within carrier database logs.

• Declaration of Intent: Initiate a direct communication with our Corporate Compliance Desk via [email protected] within 30 days of carrier-logged arrival. Please quote your unique Order Number and enumerate the design elements slated for return.
• Authorization Acquisition: Do not dispatch materials unilaterally. Our studio will evaluate your submission, generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) registry index, and allocate the corresponding return terminal route.
• Secure Dispatched Affixation: Securely reseal the tool within its original packaging, prominently note the assigned RMA index within the parcel, and utilize the pre-paid documentation provided by our team. To secure complete financial restoration, all returns must be processed in their unaltered, immaculate, and entirely unused condition, fully unassembled, and enclosed within the pristine, original factory packaging. Shipments arriving with signs of surface wear, mechanical friction, component reduction, or structural packaging degradation will be assessed by our logistics depot and may face return disqualification.

• Return Shipping Costs (Free Returns): BCJ Studio absorbs 100% of the return freight costs. Regardless of whether the return stems from a change of creative direction (customer remorse) or verified manufacturing defects or transit stress, our desk will issue an absolute free pre-paid return shipping label ($0.00) via email. The client will never endure out-of-pocket overhead to return eligible tools to our facilities.

5. Monetary Restoration & Processing Horizons

Upon physical intake and structural auditing of the returned consignment at our dedicated receiving terminal, a verification update will be forwarded to your registered email address confirming approval status.

• Reimbursement Method: Following approval, the credit infrastructure programmatically authorizes a complete reversal of charges, returning funds directly to the original credit card issuer or specific digital payment portal utilized during the initial acquisition.
